Weddings and events in historic downtown Sanford

Love stories are coming to the old feed store.

A historic downtown Sanford building is being restored as a wedding and event venue. Brick, iron, and brass inside, and a secret garden courtyard outside, with a hundred years of stories still in the walls.

A feed store first. A place for vows next.

For decades this building served downtown Sanford as Hunt's Tuxedo Feed Store, home to bulk feed, seed, baby chicks, and farm and garden supplies. We bought it from the family who ran it, and we are restoring it rather than replacing it.

Every beam and brick here has already held a community together. Now it will hold your celebration.

Industrial chic, with a nod to the age of gears and gaslight.

Original brick and timber, iron and brass details, warm light. The look draws on the era the building opened, with an elegant, romantic finish.
